1. Where is SMH Craft based?

2. Do you sell gift vouchers online here?

We do not offer of gift vouchers online at the moment. However, you can head down to any of our branches below to purchase physical gift vouchers (excluding office and sewing studio).
Do let us know which branch you are heading to in advance so we can make sure that there is enough gift vouchers for you to purchase.

3. I sent you an email, but I haven’t received a reply.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6 pm. All emails and inquiries received on social media platforms outside of office hours will be attended to when we are back in office. Please be patient with us if you have sent your email over the weekend, we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

4. Do I have to set up an account to shop at your e-store?

You can use the guest checkout to shop at our e-store but setting up an account with us saves you the hassle of filling up your details every time you shop with us.

5. I noticed that there is an “Early Bird” category on the e-store. What does “Early Bird” mean?

“Early Bird” category allows customers to have priority purchase for the first batch of items released in that category. In addition to being able to purchase with priority, customers will be entitled to discounts when they purchase early for the products in the “Early Bird” category.

6. What payment methods does your e-store accept?

SMH Craft provides two payment methods: PayPal and PayNow.
PayPal accepts most globally credit and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Do note that you do not need a PayPal account to check out, except for some countries. Please refer to PayPal’s website for more details.
PayNow is a secure funds transfer service that allows customer to transfer to our company via UEN number (Sing Mui Heng’s UEN number: 197600745C). Do note that this payment method is only applicable to customers who have a PayNow account.

7. How do I use my Promo Code?

Simply input the promo code upon check out at the coupon code area under “Shopping Cart” and click “Apply”. If the promo code is valid, the discount would be reflected instantly. Do note that certain promo codes are available for a specified promotional period.
Promo code must be entered upon purchase to be valid. Discount cannot be applied on an order (if order is successfully made) if promo code is not entered and applied in the coupon code area upon purchase.

Do note that promo code are only applicable to non-discounted items in our e-store.

8. What are our shipping options for local delivery?

Local shipping: We are currently using Qxpress, Urban Fox and Inhouse delivery services for deliveries within Singapore.
Overseas shipping: We are currently using Fedex, Aramex, EMS and etc for international shipping.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, all delivery options for local and international orders can be tracked excluding our Inhouse delivery services. Please contact us at enquiry@singmuiheng.com to check on the delivery status for our Inhouse delivery services. Otherwise, there would be an email sent notifying you of the Tracking ID and the delivery status of your order.

10. How long does my delivery take?

We will try to pack your order within 2 working days upon receiving your order online. Delivery might take another 1 – 2 working days.

11. Why does my order take some time to be delivered?

If you have placed an order on a Friday, item will be shipped out on next Monday. Otherwise, you can chat with us or email us at enquiry@singmuiheng.com to find out your delivery status!

12. Why can’t I pick up my order immediately after selecting the store pickup function?

We need time to pack your items before we can ship it to the outlet you have selected for store pickup. Hence, customers are not able to pick up their orders immediately after order is placed. If you need to buy a product urgently, you can visit our outlets during our operational hours.

13. How do I know if my order is ready for shipping/store pickup?

Shipping: You will receive an email sent by the courier service stating a Tracking ID for your order.
Store Pickup: We will send an email stating that you can now pickup your order at the outlet that you have selected. Do remember to show your receipt to our friendly store staff to collect your order!

14. When can I collect my order via the store pickup option?

You can collect your order during our store operational hours. You can check the respective outlets’ operational hours here.
