*The causes of Clover desk threader failures include “burrs in the needle hole” and “inconsistent needle hole position and size.” When threading, burrs can get into the body and cause clogging, or using needles with different hole positions and sizes can cause damage. Therefore, we ask that you use Clover needles for your desk threader. *Quilt basting needles, applique needles, some needle compacts (for patchwork and quilting), and some Hawaiian quilt needles are not compatible. *Using futon needles, self-needles, and craft needles (embroidery needles, beading needles, leather sewing needles, and darning needles) can cause failure and damage.
