Returns and Exchanges

• We accept exchange or returns within 7 days of purchase (from the date of purchase based on the receipt).
• Products ordered online with SMH Craft can be returned in-store only together with the online tax invoice (email receipt) as proof of purchase.
• All returned items must be in the original packaging and condition.
• Exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. No refunds for wholesale and promotional items.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria. We will not be responsible for any fees incurred by customers during the process of exchange or returns.
